Wheelchair Tai Chi Qi Gong Instructor Training Program

Tai Chi and Qi Gong are ancient Chinese exercises used for health improvement, disease prevention, healing, and delaying the aging process. The slow movements, deep breathing, and mental focus help restore the organ system's vitality, improve energy level, mental clarity, and open body energy pathways. This form of Tai Chi exercise incorporates Qi Gong designed for people with disabilities. Participants feel a sense of joy, uplifting emotion and spirit, and better energy after practice.
In this course, students will learn the fundamentals of Tai Chi and Qi Gong and their benefits to the body. Students will learn how to teach disabled people and practice to achieve the maximum benefits without causing injuries.
Who should attend:
Physical therapists, occupational therapists, nurses, doctors, massage therapists, wellness coaches, wellness instructors, home care assistants, or anyone who has a passion for helping disabled people or seniors.
This course is an in-person class. Participants will be certified after completing the two-day training.
