Qi Gong is a gentle exercise that involves deep breathing, mind focus, and slow body movement that promotes smooth flow of energy and blood in the body. It improves organ function, balance, breathing; it relaxes the body, relieves stress, relieve pain and aches, and maintain emotional balance.
