Zoom Classes

​​​​​Tai Chi Refinement Class:

 

2 classes via Zoom:   Monday,  October 6th and 13th ,  7:00 PM to 8:15 PM

​

This is for anyone who has learned Tai Chi 24 Steps Yang Style and would like to perfect their Tai Chi movements and understand the true Tai Chi essence. Learning Tai Chi is a journey, a life journey, and a healing journey. Doing it correctly makes a big difference. In this class, you will not only learn the details of each Tai Chi movement but also discover how to make the movement easier for yourself when you encounter difficulty with a specific movement. Your question will be answered, and your Tai Chi journey will become easier and pleasant. Dr. Kuhn will be teaching this class, and the class recording will be sent to participants to help with home practice.

If you are a Tai Chi instructor, you can receive a renewed certificate by taking this class. You are required to show your previous certificate.

Tai Chi and Qi Gong Combined Class,

​8-week class, via Zoom:

Mondays, 7:00 PM to 7:45 PM, starting November 3, 2025, for 8 weeks.

Combining Tai Chi and Qi Gong is a perfect exercise for our health in our body, brain, and emotions.  Integrating both exercises helps to improve balance, posture, energy level, immune function, mental focus, muscle and joint flexibility, and relaxation, while also relieving stress.  It also helps to reduce pain and aches. It is especially beneficial to seniors, but these exercises are suitable for all ages and all levels. Dr. Kuhn will be teaching this class.  Class recordings will be sent to participants, which helps a great deal with home practice.

Please wear comfortable clothes, soft shoes, or go barefoot if you prefer.

Qi Gong for Total Body Tune Up:

​

10-week class starts August 12, 2025, from 7:00 PM to 7:45 PM

This intermediate Qi Gong exercise was designed to tune up the entire nervous system and open all the meridian pathways. Many consider this to be the best Qi Gong form they have experienced. They experience total relaxation and rejuvenation, accompanied by reduced pain and aches. The body becomes more flexible, and they feel better emotionally and mentally, with improved mental clarity. Their posture also improves. You do not need experience to join this class.

Please wear comfortable clothes and soft shoes.

The Zoom recording will be sent to participants for their personal use and home practice.​​​​​
