Tai Chi and Qi Gong are ancient Chinese exercises practiced worldwide for their great health benefits. These slow movements incorporate deep breaths and mind focuses; you transform your intention into energy. Practice brings a smooth energy flow in the body, along with efficient deep breathing; your body maximizes the use of oxygen. This phenomenon is crucial in human health, healing, and prevention. This is also why more and more people are looking into Tai Chi and Qi Gong.

 

Tai Chi and Qi Gong are part of movement medicine and therapeutic exercises. More and more medical professionals refer patients to participate Tai Chi or Qi Gong classes.

  2. You must incorporate three parts during your practice: focused mind, correct body movements, and deep/slow breaths. Do the exercise slowly with full intention.

  3. Learn from a qualified teacher, and feel free to ask questions.

  4. Daily practice is essential; make time and set discipline.

  5. Use relaxation music for evening practice. This can reset your brain in a more relaxed way.
