Tai Chi Double Fan
Tai Chi Fan exercise is a graceful and beautiful form of Tai Chi. Performed with two Fans, this Tai Chi form provides you with many health benefits: improved posture, energy, flexibility, muscle tone, coordination, balance, physical and emotional stability, focus, discipline, physical stamina, and total relaxation. Tai Chi Fan is also used to prevent and assist healing of arthritis, carpal tunnel syndrome. This is an enjoyable exercise for all ages, especially for women.
Previous Tai Chi experience is a plus but not a requirement to learn this form of Tai Chi, as long as you have patience and discipline.
