 Qi Gong for Computer Users

The world is changing faster then ever, and our health needs more attention ever than before. In this computer world, we need to have knowledge and skill to better taking care of our health, maintain daily energy level, mental clarity, emotional stability and better manage our daily stress.

 

The program teaches essential methods to prevent over use computer caused injury (repetitive motion,) discussions daily wellness care and daily Qi Gong exercise daily. The exercise has two parts: sitting and standing. You will also learn the ancient wisdom for healing and reduce stress in life and work.

Who Should Participate?

Anyone uses a computer extensively everyday.

Anyone who has a job involves sitting for long periods Anyone who has a occupation involves repetitive motion, or one position for long hours.

Bring a notebook for extra details.
