Tai Chi Yang Style, 24 Steps

Tai Chi, also called Tai Chi Chuan, is an ancient Chinese exercise has been practiced by people from all over the world.

The slow, beautiful, and circular body movement incorporate mind intent and deep breathing.   This mind-body practice has great health benefits, such as improving physical strength, improve balance, gentle on the joints, better coordination, improve joints flexibility, lead to mental clarity, emotional stability, focus, and help to reduce stress.   

The class will be taught by Patti Gerlek, Level 3 Qi Gong Instructor/Tai Chi Instructor and Board Member of Tai Chi & Qi Gong Healing Institute. She brings to each class her passion and love for this ancient Chinese practice.

NO EXPERIENCE IS NECESSARY! Everyone is welcome!
