The Importance of Neck Care

   I have seen many people suffer from various ailments associated with neck problems.  As we age, our bodies and necks experience wear and tear that affects our cervical spine. Some are from old injuries, and others are from osteoarthritis of the neck, which leads to degeneration.

   The symptoms can include neck pain, stiffness, and arm or hand pain due to a pinched nerve in the cervical vertebra, a knot in the neck, muscle spasms, a clicking, popping, or grinding sound when moving the neck, dizziness, palpitations, insomnia, and headaches.

Preventing symptoms of neck problems is crucial, and daily neck care is a key part of this. I'm here to share some simple neck exercises that can help you maintain a healthier neck and avoid uncomfortable symptoms.
