Tai Chi for Couples
Tai Chi for Couples is designed for couples or people who want to practice together to enjoy harmony, peace, and energy in sync with each other. It is a partner practice facing each other, and helping each other to reach the goal of total relaxation, coordination, and feel the flow of energy. In this class you will learn the fundamental skills of Tai Chi, practice balance, and being rooted, and a short Tai Chi form that is done while moving in a circle. It is a fun learning experience. No experience is necessary.
