Qi Gong for Parkinson's disease

Ideal for patients in all stages of Parkinson's disease, Care-givers, and Medical Professionals.

8-Week class, every Tuesday 10 to 10:30 AM

TBD

Qi Gong has been used for healing for many centuries and is still popular in our modern world due to its effectiveness in healing and prevention.

Qi Gong involves special slow body movements, deep breathing, and mental focus that open body energy pathways and harmonize organs. It also helps balance the immune system, which is very important to protect us during the pandemic.

Study has shown that Parkinson patients have less tremor, better balance, better emotion, better body movement, and better energy level with Qi gong practice.

Qi Gong is easy to do, and any level Parkinson's patient can benefit from Qi Gong.

Dr. Aihan Kuhn, the President of the Tai Chi & Qi Gong Healing Institute, will teach this class on Zoom. Each class will be recorded and sent to participants afterward.

Testimonial:

Thank you for leading the Qi Gong classes and making the subject matter and demonstrations so clear. You are an outstanding guide and instructor - you were patient and very understanding of all of our limitations. I told you how much I admire your gracefulness.

I look forward to having more classes with you at some time in the future. ----Steve
