Tai Chi is an excellent exercise for disease prevention, fall prevention, and stress reduction. Practicing Tai Chi helps improve balance, coordination, strength, immune function, and mental clarity. It is an excellent practice for anti-aging, especially anti-brain-aging.
This unique short Tai Chi form is easy to learn and practice. It uses a small space, which is great for home practice in any size home. During harsh winter or poor weather conditions, you can still practice Tai Chi efficiently with a pleasant feeling.
The class is 30 minutes long, and Zoom recordings can be sent to those registered but unable to make the classes.
