Tai Chi Fan (Single Fan): 10-week Outdoor class

Tai Chi Fan is a beautiful exercise for health and antiaging. It improves overall health, strength, posture, balance, flexibility, and coordination. It is slow, graceful, and coordinates the entire body. You feel better emotionally, with internal and external harmony. It is an excellent exercise for the prevention of arthritis, tendonitis, and carpal tunnel syndrome. Also, you experience total relaxation and a feeling of openness in your energy channels.
Tai Chi Single Fan incorporates multiple Tai Chi, Qi Gong, Martial Arts, and dancing styles. Previous Tai Chi Knowledge is a plus but not a prerequisite.
