Tai Chi for Beginners

Tai Chi is a gentle exercise that has benefited millions of people worldwide.

The slow body movements incorporate breathing and provide significant health benefits. Among those are: relieving stress, maintaining mental clarity and emotional stability, improving energy level, and improving muscle strength, immune function, coordination, flexibility, and balance. Tai Chi is gentle on the joints; therefore, it is considered the best exercise for senior citizens, helps delay aging, and prevents falls.

The class will be taught by Gail Pettit, a long-time instructor in both Tai Chi and Qi Gong.

Fee: $150.00

Non-refundable, but can give credit for other classes.
